The Game is a single-player offline pixel action platformer:
There is no account registration or sign-in.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, email address, or any identity information.
There is no backend server of ours, no analytics instrumentation, and no in-app purchases.
Gameplay data stays on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
The Game displays advertising through a third-party SDK (Google AdMob). That SDK automatically collects a limited set of device information for ad delivery and measurement. This is the only channel through which data leaves your device, described in Section 3.
2Information We Collect Directly
We do not directly collect, store, or sell your personal information to anyone.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, call logs, precise location, or any account credentials.
3Information Collected by the Third-Party Advertising SDK
The Game integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display ads. To deliver ads, manage frequency, and prevent fraud, the SDK may automatically collect and transmit:
Type
Details
Advertising identifier
Android Advertising ID (AD_ID), which you can reset or delete in system settings
Device information
Device model, OS version, screen size, language and region settings
Network information
IP address, connection type (Wi-Fi / mobile data)
Ad interaction data
Ad impressions, clicks, video completion events
Approximate location
Country / city level, derived from IP address only — not GPS
Purposes: displaying ads, frequency capping, ad performance measurement, ad fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable law.
Data sharing: The information above is collected and processed by Google as an independent data controller. We cannot access the raw data and cannot link it to your real-world identity. Google may share portions of this data with its advertising partners under its own policies, including in the EEA.
Google Ads Settings (opt out of personalized ads / reset advertising ID): adssettings.google.com
4Permissions Requested by the Game
Permission
Purpose
INTERNET
Request ad content
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Detect connectivity to avoid useless requests
AD_ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID)
Read the advertising identifier for ad delivery and frequency capping
WAKE_LOCK, FOREGROUND_SERVICE
Introduced by the advertising SDK and its dependencies
READ_BASIC_PHONE_STATE
Introduced by the advertising SDK for device identification and ad delivery
These permissions are automatically merged into the app manifest by the integrated third-party advertising SDK and its dependencies. The Game itself contains no code that requests system permissions.
The Game does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, photos, or media permissions.
5Data Stored Locally
The Game stores one piece of non-personal data on your device: whether the first launch has already happened (used to decide whether to show an app-open ad and to avoid re-prompting the EU consent form).
Location: the app's private directory, unreadable by other apps.
It contains no personal identifiers.
It is permanently deleted when you uninstall the Game and is never uploaded anywhere.
6Children's Privacy
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not designed for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided information to the Game, please contact us at the email above and we will delete it promptly.
7Users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)
On first launch, the Game uses Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) to request your consent for personalized advertising. You may accept or decline — declining does not prevent you from playing the Game.
You can change your choice at any time:
Reset your choice: Android Settings → Apps → ZDungeon → Storage → Clear data. The consent form will appear again on the next launch.
Manage Google ad preferences: visit adssettings.google.com, or Android Settings → Google → Ads.
Contact us: exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, or restriction via the email above.
Where EU / UK law requires consent, the Game does not request personalized ads before that consent is obtained.
8Your Rights and Choices
Reset or delete your Advertising ID: Android Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID / Delete advertising ID.
Opt out of personalized advertising: via the Google Ads Settings page linked above.
Stop data processing entirely: uninstall the Game. All local data is removed and the advertising SDK stops running.
Data subject rights: contact us at the email above to exercise access, rectification, erasure, or objection rights. Because we do not retain data that identifies you, we may need additional information from you to verify certain requests.
9Data Security and Retention
Retention periods for data collected by the advertising SDK are determined by Google under its own policies. We do not store your personal information ourselves, so there is no breach risk on our side.
All communication related to INTERNET is performed over encrypted transport (HTTPS) by Google's SDK.
10International Transfers
The advertising SDK's servers may be located outside your country or region (including in the United States). Such transfers are carried out by Google under its Privacy Policy and applicable transfer mechanisms (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
11Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date; for material changes we will notify you in-game or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
